I am a property investor, and still investing, I have over £5 million pounds worth of property, HMOs and over 140 tenants, flats, single lets, commercial property and holiday lets. In the last year I have bought an 11 bed HMO, got planning gain on 2 separate plots and flipped property. I am also the founder of landlord property and tenant management software Go Tenant.
I train and help other property investors get started because when I started back in 1997, a man called Edward helped me get started. I want to help others too, because its important to me to give back now.
I created the VIP Property Academy to help others in a very affordable way and to provide training and education that means that other people can follow in my footsteps and leave their job or business and to create as passive as possible income.
I am a non-nonsense, non fluff type of person, so I do tell it as it is.
